What is this Blog?

Apparently, this is my blog … and I’ll cry if I want to. As you can see from previous posts, this all came about in 2014 with the hopes that doing a bit of writing would help get stuff off my chest. In truth, I started something I didn’t stick with.

To my surprise, I find that releasing my brain sludge into the wild helps clear out the day-to-day clutter. It’s satisfying that I can say anything here … it is the Internet, after all.

About a month after my last post five years ago, I met my husband. We started dating, fell for each other, got married, bought a house, and have started a wonderful life together! (No, we don’t have dogs).

Today, as I migrate this blog to a new hosting platform as part of some housecleaning at work (I play the part of IT guru for my day job), I have decided to recommit myself to regular writing … hopefully as often as I find myself learning, loving, and sailing.

My original postings will stay up in homage to the before times. Joining them will be many improvements including new content, custom themes, and … hopefully … a lifetime of fun and happiness!

From here on, I fly (or sail) by the seat of my pants …
